Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LECHUZA. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You have the legal right to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or damaged, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such on the product page).

How to Return Your Item

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address below. You must use a tracked delivery service.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Missing or Delayed Refund?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take time for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times may vary.
